Enrollment capabilities
Call Center
Core Five Solutions' call center is located at our corporate headquarters in Frisco, Texas. Staffed by over 20 in-house, full-time salaried Benefit Enrollment Counselors, the call center currently supports English and Spanish callers from 8 am to 5 pm CST, Monday through Friday. Requests for extra hours of call center coverage will be accommodated whenever possible as will requests for client specific 800 numbers.
The enrollment call center is equipped with state-of-the-art call routing technology and every call is 100 percent digitally recorded. All standard call center performance reports will be made available to clients at any point during an active enrollment project in order to analyze the statistical performance of the call center.
Face to face enrollment
Whenever the case and enrollment conditions would benefit from a face to face enrollment strategy, Core Five Solutions' Benefit Enrollment Counselors will facilitate the enrollment. All face to face enrollments will utilize laptop computers to assist in a quick and streamlined enrollment process for each enrollee.
Web enrollment
Core Five Solutions offers Web enrollment capabilities whenever the case and enrollment conditions would benefit from a Web enrollment option. Web enrollments can be completely self-directed and completed entirely by the enrollee or the enrollee can be assisted by a Benefit Enrollment Counselor at any point during the Web enrollment process.
