Design
The Core Five Solutions' graphic design team will meet with the client to determine the design layout and content of the benefit enrollment materials.Printing
Whether the benefit enrollment material is designed by our team or by the client, Core Five Solutions can accept the design file to facilitate printing at our in-house fulfillment center. All printing can be done in either black and white or four color processing on the type of paper selected by the client.Quality Assurance
Our strict quality assurance processes validate that the client's approved creation has been accurately achieved during the printing process.Mailing
All addresses are reviewed and formatted to USPS standards, and all printed materials are sent out via First Class Mail.Reporting
At any point during the mailing process, reports can be given to a client showing the number of pieces printed and mailed, including a cross verification with the address file that was provided, to ensure accuracy. Each mailing project will also include a returned mail report.
